Charges and billing
We ask that you pay a portion of your bill at the time the service is provided. We accept cash, check, Visa or Mastercard.
If you want us to bill your insurance provider we will bill them directly if possible, or provide you with an invoice to submit to your health plan.
Please be aware that your insurance may pay only a percentage of your bill. You will be responsible for any unpaid balances, co-payment or deductibles.
Bills are sent out monthly and we request payment within 30 days.
Please note that we are an "out of network" provider
